This post will tell you of the next training session we had, but I will only tell you of the more interesting fights as there are too many to write about.
It was decided by the rest of the team and Tempest that we needed to have another training session. But there were going to be some differences. This time it was going to be held in the observatory. And some other members of VHS were going to be there as well as the ones at the last training session (basically Diffy, Playwrite and Tempest, as well as Pete, Doolittle and Centaur. T couldn't hold of Tingle, Don or anyone else. They seem to have vanished?)
After explaining what each of the new foes could do, Skyblade went up against Centaur. Now Centaur became a part of Zodiac for a reason. He is incredibly skilled at DNA mutation. But that was useless when a slab of air pinned him to the ground. Even someone with super strength can have trouble lifting solid air, as normal air is incredibly heavy as is, it's just that we're used to it. So a slab of solid air squashed together into a dense, well, slab is one of the heaviest things. But obviously it has it's weaknesses. And Centaur figured one out. He changed into a larger creature, so the slab of air was forced up, then quickly changed into a smaller creature and used his agility to escape. It was then he gave himself a scorpions tail and stung Skyblade in the neck. The venom wasn't lethal, but it was effective, and soon Skyblade was unconscious on the floor.
The next fight was against Playwrite, and yet again he said he could take us all on. So one against eight. Things were starting to get fairer on us. But as usual, Playwrite stopped all of our attacks. Except for one person. Psight had predicted this, and had taken measures against it (don't ask me how, but as a guess, he did the same thing as Eragon did in the books, and of course knew what parts to lock up and when.) Of course Playwrite knew what he was doing and tried to find a way round it but yet again Psight was ready, and knew how to adjust his defenses. In the end, it was considered a draw between Psight and Playwrite as neither could make a move against the other without the other finding a way round it. But for the rest of us it was a loss. "A draw is better than a loss or a victory, because there are no bad feelings from the loser about the winner. That's why I did what I did." "You did well to resist me Psight. Not many people learn how." "Years of mental training comes in handy. I'd known about this for a while." After fighting Playwrite everyone was a bit tired, after all, the Psight-Playwrite showdown went on for a few hours.
The next day in the next post people!!
