A Day with Diffy

Temp asked me to look after Diffy today. I didn't want to use the term 'babysitting' incase he sees this. It was an eventful day, Diffy was quite excited about coming to college with me. "What's it gonna be like, Rag?''Its going to be quite busy and hard work, so you won't be able to be seen looking like a cute anime creature''WHAAAT!! DIFFY CAN'T BE DIFFY?!? NOT FAIR, RAG!!!''Okay, you can be Diffy, but only to me, okay?? That means everyone else has to see you as a normal 17 year old teenager, is that alright??''I still wanna be just Diffy, but Temp says we gotta be uncovered so I guess so...'
Anyway, that was this morning, on the way to college. Must have appeared a bit weird to any passers-by, an 18 year old bloke walking down the road talking to an egg. Still, that's what it's like where I live. The rest of the day was quite uneventful except for the occasional 'What does that mean Rag?'
But this afternoon was way weirder. It started in electronics, when both me and the new foreign exchange student, Difflar Soy, were taken out of the class early to 'escort' a new student home. This is the moment we first met Sandy. A sort of nervous and shaky looking person, who refused to shake hands with us. After we ditched the teacher and had got outside college grounds, Diffy decided it was safe enough to reveal himself. Sandy didn't seem at all surprised and told us he needed to find a Tempest who would help him hide. Diffy asked him what his power was, and Sandy told us both. 'Wow' we both said, before he asked me for a pair of gloves. 'Sure, i'v got plenty, since the last time I touched a USB stick I sorta got changed into an electrical impulse able to surf the net. You can have a pair.''Thanks Rag, you've been real help.''No problem.'
Before departing, we contacted Temp and told him where he could meet Sandy. 'I think it would be best if we met here. No builders to overlook in the evenings.''Okay, you got that Temp?? In the fields behind Trumpington, near the stream?? Okay, see you later.''See you later T!!' Diffy yelled.
So that's pretty much what happened today. Ragnarok out.
